Eduardo is a Vice President and is responsible for sourcing new investments across cybersecurity, AI and enterprise software as well as investment operations functions.
Eduardo oversees the portfolio management and reporting of Evolution’s investments. He has an extensive track record in advising mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and fund-raising transactions across Spain and the United Kingdom. Eduardo brings over ten years of experience advising on numerous M&A and turn-around transactions across a broad range of sectors including technology, industrial, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Eduardo received an Executive MBA from IESE and holds a M.S. in International Finance from the joint program of IEB, the London School of Economics Political Science and Wharton Business School.
