Heather Fraser
Global Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Heather serves as Evolution Equity Partners’ Global Cheif Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day finance and operations of the firm.
Heather brings over 25 years of experience in finance and operations within the alternative investments industry, including Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds.
Heather joined Swander Pace Capital (“SPC”), a consumer-focused private equity specializing in buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth financing, in 2000. During her 20-year tenure at SPC, she transformed operations, building out all aspects of accounting, financial management, reporting, investor relations, operation, and human resources functions. Heather led SPC’s efforts to become a Registered Investment Advisor in 2012, serving as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Evolution, Heather was Chief Financial Officer at TZP Group, a multi-strategy private equity firm focused on lower-middle market technology, business services, and consumer products and services. Prior to joining TZP Group, Heather was a Managing Director at Standish Management, where she served as Practice Lead for the private equity/buyouts practice. Heather began her career at KPMG, LLP in the assurance practice.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, from Nazareth College of Rochester. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of New York.
