Kathleen Byrne

Kathleen is focused on strategy, business development, capital raising, operations, and stakeholder engagement, to optimize and amplify leadership’s capacity. Kathleen runs verious efforts in Evolution’s Centers of Excellence practice for portfolio company value creation. Kathleen brings over six years of experience from a top-tier global bank and a financial technology start-up.

Prior to joining Evolution, Kathleen spent over four years at J.P. Morgan & Chase Co. as an Associate Banker and Underwriting Analyst. As an analyst, Kathleen evaluated and executed credit transactions ranging from venture-debt through large syndications. As an Associate, Kathleen supported an active portfolio of Healthcare clients across the country, while simultaneously running her own portfolio.

Kathleen graduated from the Liberal Arts Honors program at Providence College where she majored in Finance.
