Miranda Haroldson

Miranda brings more than a decade of experience in business operations, process development and project leadership. At Evolution Equity Partners, she plays a key role across the firm and its portfolio, focusing on building the operational infrastructure that enables organizations to grow; driving key initiatives, developing scalable processes and ensuring priorities move forward with clarity, rigor and accountability.

Prior to joining Evolution, Miranda led end-to-end project delivery as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing initiatives from inception through completion and partnering with executive leadership to advance key business priorities. She oversaw and managed a high volume, diverse portfolio of projects while coordinating stakeholders, timelines and resources to ensure a successful execution.
