Sylwia Hadaj
Principal
Sylwia is a Principal at Evolution Equity Partners and is focused on managing and monitoring Evolution's Portfolio Companies.
Sylwia joined Evolution in 2016 and oversees portfolio management and reporting, performs valuation analysis and due diligence of investments in Europe and in the United States.
Prior to Evolution, Sylwia worked for multiple family offices and boutique financial advisory firms in Spain and Switzerland. She advised on numerous mergers & acquisitions transactions, turn-around situations, and debt and equity offerings, across a diverse set of industries including retail, semiconductor, technology, renewable energy and infrastructure. Sylwia drove post-acquisition management and implemented financial and operating improvements, working closely with management teams and boards.
Sylwia graduated with a M.S. degree from the International Finance joint program of IEB, the London School of Economics Political Science and Wharton Business School. Sylwia received her M.A. in Economics from the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Sylwia leads the “Women in Fintech” initiative for the Swiss Finance and Technology Association in Zurich.
